Tumbling

A skill-based progression program focused on developing strong fundamentals, proper technique, strength, and flexibility. Levels range from beginner to advanced, allowing each athlete to progress safely and confidently. 

Key Focus Areas: 

• Body shaping and core strength 

• Flexibility and technique 

• Foundational skills (rolls, handstands, cartwheels) 

• Intermediate skills (round-offs, walkovers) 

• Advanced pathways (handsprings and beyond)
