⭐ Ascend Athlete Development Program
The Ascend Athlete Development Program is a structured 6-week training series designed to build strong, confident, and well-rounded young athletes.
At Ascend, we believe that skill development and athletic performance must grow together. Our program combines technical instruction, athletic conditioning, and mindset training in a focused, professional environment.
Athletes can enroll in one of two development tracks:
Tumbling & Stunting Foundations
Designed to build proper mechanics, body control, strength, and safe stunt progressions. Athletes train on the tumble track and in structured stunt pods with individualized coaching and feedback.
Power Play Performance Lab
Built to develop speed, agility, coordination, explosiveness, and endurance. This high-energy training lab strengthens the athletic foundation required for success in any sport.
Each 6-week cycle emphasizes:
• Small-group instruction
• Progressive skill building
• Injury-prevention focus
• Strength and conditioning
• Confidence and mindset development
